- Working toward raising consumer awareness on their rights and obligation
- Working toward providing technical informed tips for consumers’ voices to be heard.
- Working effectively on building the capacity of consumers to claim for their rights.
- Working toward making markets accountable and responsive to consumers’ needs and interest
Working toward conducting professional consumers’ research for effective consumers’ welfare as there is greater demands for scientific consumer’s evidence in policy process.
